We are looking to expand and strengthen our team for our location inEberswalde with immediate effect for the following position: Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Our expectations

Analysis of applicable environmental laws and guidelines and their implementation for the company’s sphere of activity
Examination of planned cooperation partners for technical and technological possibilities and quality capability for task fulfillment, auditing and evaluation of subcontractors in coordination with the Senior Supervisor
Analysis, maintenance and further development of company processes, guidelines and procedural instructions
Continuous, independent development, monitoring and optimization of the ISO 9001-certified management system
Planning, coordination and responsible monitoring of internal and external audits
Specifying and supporting the specialist departments in updating and maintaining quality management documents
Determining and tracking the effectiveness of corrective measures
Processing complaints and objections to production parts
Training employees on quality issues
Participation in the preparation and evaluation of quality reports and analysis of quality development
Evaluation of material use and maintenance of master data in the event of changes to standardization
Processing of material changes
Creation of quality documentation and archiving
Creation of MT / UT test plans and commissioning of WBM or other external parties

Our expectations

Successfully completed technical studies and several years of professional experience in quality management in mechanical and plant engineering
Confident handling of common MS Office applications and experience in dealing with merchandise management systems
Good written and spoken English skills
Customer-oriented and flexible thinking and acting
Communication, cooperation and teamwork skills, independent working style, ability to work under pressure, assertiveness, commitment and flexibility
